The idea of Bubble Speed Tasting® is to relax as a team, by taking 3 light-hearted challenges:
- blind tasting of various sparkling wines
- detecting flavours in the champagnes and crémants (the less sparkling version) on offer
- fun quizzes about the major champagne houses and the history of sparkling wine around the world.
