Bister represents 10% of classical mustard consumption in Belgium and is the leader on the Belgian market for organic mustard. For several years, the company has diversified and also produces many sauces and condiments.
Despite its expansion, Bister remains a family establishment and has recently moved to Achêne, in the Province of Namur.

The Mustard Company opens its doors for groups of 15 to 100 people, in French, Dutch or English. Mustard museum and a tasting tour. Bookings can also be made to include a delicious tasting menu comprising dishes cooked with mustard.
